OpenClaw is a Google OAuth authentication service operated by Physics of Creativity. The Service allows authorized employees to connect their Google accounts to access OpenClaw agents and related tools.
3. Eligibility
This Service is intended for authorized Physics of Creativity employees only. By using the Service, you represent that you are an authorized user and have the right to access the Service.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Google OAuth
Access to the Service requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
4.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You must not share access with unauthorized individuals
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your access credentials with unauthorized users
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHYSICS OF CREATIVITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or are no longer an authorized user. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
